Monthly report shows 56% of SNAP applications denied, up from 51% the prior year. Average call wait time: 49 minutes. 15,000 callers disconnected.

New ABAWD work requirements take effect Feb 1. Adults 18-64 must work/volunteer 80 hours/month. No automated tracking system in place. 3-month clock starts.
